My doctor has confirmed that wheat apparently causes inflamation in my joints. I shared with her how I elleviated bread/wheat after exhaustive research online about my horrible stabbing joint pains. After elleviating bread, the stabbing pains have not come back for almost two years. My doctor, a wonderful female internal medicine doctor, was proud of me that I did so much reasearch and diagnosed myself correctly with inflamation in my joints. The problems were so bad that if I would pivot and turn, the pain was horrible. Also, if I sat at the computer, and just moved and adjusted my weight on the seat, I would get such horrendous pains sometimes that once I just cried out in agony. I no longer have that happen. I am very wheat sensitive. The wheat now causes other intestinal problems if I eat it. I don't consume a lot of it... I cheat sometimes and pay the price with the intestinal problems, but it doesn't make the stabbing pains come back. But I do get achy without the stabbing joint pains though. I'd be better off not ever touching the stuff again, but it's so hard.
