First off thanks to everyone!!

I am feeling much better both physically and mentally about this food allergy thing!! I looked up some bread recipies to use for my bread maker. I weent to the store and all the ingredience are OK for me!!

I started my first loaf and it smells SO good!!!! It is a chocolate bread I just skipped the chocolate chips cause of the soy in them, but the unsweetend cocoa powder has none!! I am SO excited cause I have been a chocolate feen!! I have missed it this last week!!!! I know it WONT be the same, but it is better than nothing!!

I feel better too. Not as tired and sluggish!! I feel like I can concentrate now too. I feel good!! I dont think I could have said that before. I though I felt good, but compared to now I did not. The doctor said I would feel a huge difference and I cant imagine when I get the shots how MUCH better I will feel!!!!

I just want to thank you all for your support and feedback!! It really helps to know that I am NOT alone here and that I am not so abnormal!!!! I am excited to see how this changes my life for the better!!
