Should my nasal passage be blood red?
the inside walls of my nose are blood red, is this normal or shouldn't they look more pinkish? My nose is totally clogged yet no sneezing or runny nose at all, and i have TERRIBLE headaches

Is your snot bloody? Terrible headaches...sounds like infection to me.
