Sorry, I can't help you with the lab results. If you search the tests online, there are sites that explain them, and the normal values.
As far as you shortness of breath goes, I notice you said you have chronic sinusits. I went through a period of time where I was having SOB episodes. I truely thought I was having asthma attacks, but all tests were negative. My symptoms were constantly needing to catch my breath, and at other times I would get chest tighteness and even chest pain. I was even put on an inhaler at one point, but it didn't help any. My primary doctor thought I had anxiety.
My allergist diagnosed sino-bronchial syndrome. It is when sinus drainage drains into your chest and causes the bronchial tubes to constrict. A CT scan confirmed my sinus trouble, and after my sinus surgery, my SOB disapeared. Hope this helps.
