How much do you take (mg and how often)??

What are the effects on you??

Have taken it for years...only thing that seems to work when the shots get overwhelmed. 10mg once a day as needed - have done twice a day in bad times...though now that I am at the end of my shots I don't have bad days. I never had any side effects from it though some people report drowsiness,,,in which case, you should take at bedtime...

I take 10mg once a day and have for months (chronic idiopathic urticaria, or hives that won't leave!!). I was on 20mg a day per my doctor for awhile, but not anymore...don't need that much.

It works wonders, at least has for me. Good luck.

I take 10 mg in the evening. It doesn't make me drowsy during the day. Zyrtec works the best for me out of all of them.
