That is strange the Flonase made it worse and not better. The steroid in the Flonase should have helped the irritation. With all the mold at your workplace you might have chonic PND or even a mild sinus infection. That might explain why the Flonase made it worse, because it was causing more nasty gunk to drain.

15 weeks isn't long enough to get maximum results from the shots. It usually takes a good 6 months to a year.

Have you asked about them getting an environmental clean-up of the basement. If other employees are having problems, they really have a responsibility to clean it up. I don't know legally what they are required to do, but maybe you guys banding together and asking would be enough.

If not, perhaps you can buy a personal HEPA air cleaner for your workspace. They even make air cleaners you can wear around your neck for traveling, etc..

Truthfully though, the best thing is to get away from the mold. I had similar problems in an old house I lived in. Moving was the best thing I ever did.
