be sure the temp is no more than 100 degrees,ive been using regular tap water for over 2 years since my sinus surgery, a pinch of baking soda and reg salt,helps kill the acidic qualities of the water,and makes it a little less irritating. i do have some celtic salt ive used. collodial silver solution is a excellent sinus infection fighter and not expensive. do a search on the silver.but 100 degree water is the ideal temp, i always use a didgital oral therm to check,
