I would see a dermatology and get a contact allergy test performed and if there are positive results get the skin scratch allergy testing done. Most insurance companies will not cover the blood allergy test.. it is EXTREMELY expensive.. 6 - 12 thousand dollars depending on what all is tested for.
Food allergies can be linked to acne, but contact allergens maybe aggrevating it even more.
