hi all ,
I have allergy from dust, cold water and lemon water. These things block my nose and neck and i can not take a breath at that time. plz help me to tell me what precautions i should take or how to avoid this problem. please

hi michel,

I red your problem of allergies. I have also a same problem. I take some precautions to remove this problem,These allergies are lifetime. first of all, you avoid dust by your by put hankerchief on your nose . second, avoid cold water , take simple tap water,

take somoe of these precautions so u will find that after some time you problem
will halfly solved.

Thanks, for giving such good tips. But i want to know that what are the causes of this and what kind of disease comes near future with this allergies.

HI all,

Allergies can be gone out with healthy living. eat healthy , live healthy
most of the doctors, say that allergies can be eliminate with yoga, exercise,
eat fruits and take some precautions.
