i know how you feel, i asked that same question last week. turns out that yes you can be allergic to your sweat. testing at your dermatoligist can confirm it though. any time i sweat alot my face breaks out and turns red and burns. then i'll get real itchy in any sensative skin areas like my neck back and behind my knees.
Also you my be sensative to heat as well. i'd check it out with a doctor and in the mean time stay cool! hope i helped
