Does anyone have any good suggestions??

My 11 month old is extremely allergic to rye, eggs, fish, shellfish, avocado, tree nuts, peanuts and milk. We had to completely remove it from our household because just touching it or breathing on him after consuming the above will cause him to get an anaphylactic reaction. He also has a milder allergy to soy.

Now, normally, this would not be that huge of a problem but my other child who is 5 has recently been diagnosed with severe allergies to carrots, bananas, oats, nuts, fish and shellfish. He has milder allergies (which includes hives and itching) to rice and wheat. On top of that, he cannot eat any raw fruits or vegetables due to the oral allergy syndrome. Also, the only fruits/vegetables the allergist is permitting right now are the yellow ones and they need to be "cooked to death."

Having said all of that, Does anyone have any idea what to feed my kids??? I am beyond stressed trying to figure out how to feed my 4 (soon to be 5) kids.

I went to a nutritionist associated with the hospital and she just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders in disbelief and wished me luck. Obviously she was no help at all.

I would appreciate any input you all may have. Thank you!

By the way, I have tried cooking with quinoa flour and it seems to work great except that I have had an anaphylactic reaction to it. However, I am not ready to to give up feeding this to my 5 year old because I don't know which other grain to feed him and I am concerned about his nutrition.
