rash on my body and arms and legs not itchy - Allergies Message Board

i have had a rash all over my body and arms and legs for 2 weeks it is not itchy and my tounge has been sore as well ????

I would guess that it is an allergic reaction to something that you ate. I broke out in little circular rashes on my arms, stomach, and back once and they didn't itch at all. They were just red and raised. I went to the regular Dr. and he told me that I had an allergic reaction to something that I ate or came in contact with. I set an appt. with my Allergist and he ran more testing and found out that I was allergic to chocolate. I don't eat chocolate that often and I tried to kill a pan of brownies by myself over a weeks time and my body was like hey what are you doing?

I do get the sore tongue from time to time also. It will only hurt on one side. I haven't figured out which food causes this just yet because I often have delayed reactions.

I kept getting that sore tongue off and on for ages and didn't know what caused it. Now that I'm being treated by an allergiest/immunologist I hope I find out. I never even mentioned it to him as one of the symptoms I have experienced because I just didn't correlate it with allergies. This is interesting!
