I have been having problems with my allergies consistantly since Jan.2008.
I have had Sinusitus or Bronchiditus 3 time since Jan.
Since May at least evey 2 weeks I wake up with burning in my nasal passages ,sneezing and congestion.
It happened again this past week.
I woke up on Wed.and my nasal passages burned and sneezed at least 50 times in one day!!!.
I went today and CT scan of my sinus to see if there is anything going on.
I also have any Appt.with a new allergist on Monday.
I just wondering if anyone else has ever had these symtoms and what did you do.
I have suffered with allergies all my life but I don't remember ever having this happen.
Let me know your thoughts.

The burning almost sounds as if you are too dry. Have you tried using some sort of saline nasal spray from the pharmacy? That might help.

or get a humidifier for the room you spend the most time in. That has helped me a great deal

I use saline pretty frequently but I will try to use it nightly.
I also failed to tell you that I use a Cpap machine at night as I have sleep apnea.
I am trying to check every angle possible.

do you irrigate? I don't find plain saline sprays that much use. I do use xlear saline wash that has xylitol in it... it seems to last a bit longer than the saline
