could this be food allergies related to poor digestion?

Hi everyone,
I have been noticing that after I eat and/or take my vitamins/supplements my hands get veiny, inflammed, red, itchy, and burning. Could this be a food allergy? or maybe a temporary food intolerance...I was tested for allergies before and nothing came up. I have had some digestion issues for awhile...I'm thinking I could have leaky gut and this could be causing my food allergies. Should I get tested for food allergies/intolerance? Is there something I can do help the allergies disappear...foods I once tolerated are not so tolerable anymore. Thank you in advance.
