Question Allergies and exercising

My allergies just kicked in a few days ago. I've been really good about exercising 5-7 times a week for about the past 6 weeks. I don't want to ruin it now, but I feel so crappy! Any suggestions? I was thinking of maybe doing more yoga than cardio and outdoor walking until I feel a bit better.
