Smile Leaky Gut? Is it real?

I have been reading a lot about leaky gut, and I am just wondering if this is a real condition? And if it is, what are the symptoms of this? Can it be possible to have leaky gut but not have many irritable bowel symptoms?
Thanks for any advice.

Re: Leaky Gut? Is it real?

Yes, Leaky Gut is very real and yes you can be suffering from it without having IBS. Every person is a bit different from the other person as far as how Leaky Gut can effect them. I found my information at ThinkRite systems on what it is and how it effects everyone differently. I had Chronic Fatigue, Add and Anxiousness before I learned what was causing it and how to control it. My Chronic Fatigue, Add and Anxiousness all left after about 6 weeks after removing foods I was intolerant too and took supplements that helped heal the gut lining. The thing was, I had no idea that by removing just a few foods my body was struggling with could have such a huge effect on how I felt. I no longer suffer from the conditions I mentioned and now feel normal again. Hope that helps!
