Allergic?

On a blood test recently it said that I'm allergic to milk, wheat, corn, soy, peanutsÖ. Milk I always knew I was allergic to. The allergy Dr said that as long as I feel fine blood tests donít mean anything, skin test are what matter. I didnít take a skin test but I was wondering if itís possible that even if you donít feel any real symptoms, can it be that these foods can be causing bad things in my gut (leaky gut syndrome)?
