Developed itchy welts

Recently i have developed itchy rash resembing welts all over. I think I have iy narrowed down to one of four things, popcorn, alcohol, hair conditioner or body wash.

The rash/welts develop and stay with me for 3-4 days with the 2-3 day the worse. They are at their worse in the evening and when i wake up.

The strange thing is I am 47 and never had allergies before. Benadryl helps me sleep.

I guess my question is is it possible to eliminate the source but still have a rash/welts for days after???

Of course, i know I may not even have the source correct but it does seem to follow a pattern, mainly occurring after a weekend when popcorn and alcohol are consumed.

Thanks.
