Symptoms can last up to 6-weeks or longer after a reaction to a food. Do not expose the infant to offending food for at least 6-weeks or longer if at all after a reaction.
If there is a skin reaction to a food, just think what their intestines might be like on the inside.
Best to avoid foods that cause allergic reaction in infants.

wheat, eggs, pork, gluten, strawberries, milk, and many others.
