Just found out I'm intolerant to diary products and corn
After suffering for some months from a chest infection and feeling generally run down, I spoke to a herbalist. She suggested I was intolerant to cow's milk.
Wanting conformation, I had a food intolerance test and have just had the results, which are:
Cow's milk: 97.2%
Sheep's Milk: 31.3%
Goat's milk: 29.8%
Apparently, anything over 25% is considered a positive reaction.
I now need to know what to do.
It would be relatively easy to cut right back on cow's milk (sheep and goat's, aren't a part of my diet), but will that help, or do I need to eliminate it 100% to see an improvement?
And will eliminating cow's milk make me likely to react more strongly to it if, in future, I accidentally consume some?
As for the corn, I'm not sure how that's affecting my health, so should I worry about it?
Any advice would be most welcome, as I'm new to this problem.
