fish oil helps my sinusitis
 

i recently started taking fish oil 3-4 capsules daily, and i have been experiencing significantly less sinus pain/pressure. prior to this i had been taking 4-6 ibuprofen daily b/c my sinus pressure was pretty intense, but since i have been taking fish oil i haven't needed any pain relievers. i'm guessing that fish oil may be as effective as pain relievers for reducing inflammation. i am taking nature made fish oil 1200mg and take it right after a meal.

i am just sharing this information b/c maybe it will help others as well.

Your information is very useful. I had know that big fish oil is good for doing weight less and heart. But it is also good for sinus, This is a good news. Thank you for sharing.
