These symptoms have been ongoing for years, pretty much every day (I'm 21 now). Sometimes they're worse and sometimes better, but they're always there. At first I thought it was an auto-immune disease or hypo/hyperthyroidism or sinusitis, but after numerous tests and doctors I think allergies are more likely. I'm set to see an allergist in a few months but I wanted to get people's opinion on this.
As a note, I do sleep a good amount (8-12 hours a day), I exercise as much as I can, and I don't eat much junk food. Another small thing to mention - my room is always full of dust even though I clean it out, could this be a potential allergen?
*Heavy fatigue (Regardless of sleeping time)
*Nasal congestion in morning and evening, opens up during the day
*Oral Thrush on tongue
*sore/painful eyes pretty much all the time
*Inability to do much physical exertion without getting extremely exhausted
*Sore throat in the morning and sometimes in the evening
*Dark eye circles under eyes
*Sweating more than normal
Thanks for any help
