Was fine Sunday night, this was the first day I slept with my windows open. Woke up Monday feeling really bad. I have a running/stuffy nose, a random cough with lots of phlegm. A had a sore throat on monday, but it has gotten better. I have chest congestion and it hurts sometimes when I move. Congestion in my head and ears. On monday night I had a very bad headache, but I have gotten rid of that. I'm on my third day taking Allegra at 8:00pm and I take vitamin c pills every morning once I wake up. I'm assuming this is alleges, but not sure.
Yeah I watched the Weather Channel yesterday morning, they said due to the rapid temperature changes, pollen, grass, and like tree allergies are all very high. I'm in N.J. and the temp is in the 70s this week.
