Which food intolerance test do you recommend?
Tests like YorkTest, Alcat ....

Did you take any of food intolerance tests, which would you recommend?

I believe the York Test is done only in the UK. So am not familiar with it. And the people I know who have had food issues outside of true allergies have just done it by elimination diet. Sorry I can't give you more information
