My nose is always stuffed up no matter what
I am a 20-year-old male, and I've had nasal problems for quite a while. People always notice that I am breathing loud through my nose and I can't tell, and I can hardly ever breathe through my nose (even though I prefer doing so during those rare times I'm able to).
I've had my adenoids and tonsils both removed.
I've tried both phenylephrine (4-Way nasal spray) and oxymetazoline (Afrin nasal spray), and found that the Afrin works MUCH longer, but I don't want to get addicted so I try not to use it very often.
Anyway, what could be causing all these problems?
Re: My nose is always stuffed up no matter what
Allergies, deviated septum, enlarged turbinates. I'd see an allergist to get on the right med or injections and an ENT to determiine any structural issues.
