| My nose is always stuffed up no matter what
I am a 20-year-old male, and I've had nasal problems for quite a while. People always notice that I am breathing loud through my nose and I can't tell, and I can hardly ever breathe through my nose (even though I prefer doing so during those rare times I'm able to).
I've had my adenoids and tonsils both removed.
I've tried both phenylephrine (4-Way nasal spray) and oxymetazoline (Afrin nasal spray), and found that the Afrin works MUCH longer, but I don't want to get addicted so I try not to use it very often.
Anyway, what could be causing all these problems?
