I'm not quite sure what you are asking.
In order to have the shots prescribed you should be seeing a doctor first. Your doctor should have regular appointments with you in order to monitor your progress.
Typically you have to be off of antihistamines when you have your allergy testing. Many people are on antihistamines while they receive allergy shots. You should have a discussion with your doctor if you have any concerns.
