Symptoms persisting despite avoidance

I always have my allergy symptoms, despite avoidance, never clears up. Is this normal for highly sensitive persons? I was always under the impression that avoiding allergens means symptoms should stop?

Re: Symptoms persisting despite avoidance

How recent is your testing? And how are you so certain you are avoiding the allergens? You probably are not avoiding them as much as you think you are. Are you on antihistamines?

Some allergens you just can't avoid 100%, like dust or pollen. If you have severe food allergies, you may be reacting to a cross-contamination.

What are your allergies, and what are your symptoms.
