Hello, as the title implies, I would like to know if I can use my Avamys everyday, winter included, at the minimum dosage, i.e. once per day, one spray per each nostril.

At the directions I read that it is for allergies for all year around, like these from home mites, dogs, cats etc.

But has been tested for all year round or after a year (or so) it will lose its effectiveness?

It doesn't give me any side effects and it helps me especially at sports. I am a male 40 years old and suffer from allergies mostly spring + summer, but I have a difficulty breathing properly from nose all year.
