Lightbulb New to allergies

I got sick after a flu jab in 2006 where I had CFS . It gave me symptoms of anxiety and weakness , tearfulness ,basically messed up my immune system.
I recovered we'll after about a year and in some ways am fitter than before.
However in 2011 I was stung by an insect , probably a wasp and since then I have become intolerant to a variety of things. Nail polish , hair dye , new products that my body doesn't recognise make me have a hot flush and a whoosh to the head.
Recently I was bitten by an insect in Spain and this immediately made my body feel hot then cold and my hands tingle . I took an antihistamine and after half an hour I was better . However it gave me negative thoughts and kicked off CFS symptoms for a few days. I don't know if I'm allergic or hypersensitive or something else. I never know what else is going to kick my symptoms off
I don't take anti histamines on a regular basis , probably only 3 this year
I don't get a rash or bite marks or breathing problems ,
Just wondered if this sounds familiar to anyone else

Re: New to allergies

As we age a lot of people become less tolerant. In truth it all has to do with our immune system. The more solicited it is the more it overreacts or developed new allergies. Also in could be because your liver isn't functioning optimally( don't get worried) .Lots of people do a liver cleans this inturn helps clean the blood and inturn causes the body to react better. Maybe it would be best in your case to get allergy tested both food & environmental.... That should give you answers and clear your mind

Re: New to allergies

Allergies are of different types based on the persons or the environment

Here are some

Food allergy
Dust allergy etc..

we must keep the surroundings clean and neat.
