Hi ,I have had gastritis for nearly 18 months now also just been diagnosed as having a wheat allergy and i wondered if any one knows if muscle testing for allergies is accurate ?
The muscle testing that i had determined that i had a wheat egg chicken feather allergies . I basically feel better since i have cut out wheat but i would like a proper diagnosis. I don't have coeliac so that's been ruled out. Hope someone can help me .

Not sure what you mean by muscle testing. Here in the US, there are skin scratch tests (best for environmental allergies) and blood tests (best for food allergies).
