meds free allergy control

Just a few thing I've found which somewhat helps for allergies

- Capsaicin sprays:
Sinol: very mild, doesn't have any burning effect
Rinar: strong, little discomfort, but doesn't last long. Recommended to use for 3 consecutive days.

- Homemade sprays:
I use see salt & baking soda, tiny-tiny bit of cayenne pepper

- Nasal filter:

- face masks:
Any medical mask will do. Very cheap. I use it at home when cleaning.

- Dust mite / allergy proof Mattress & pillow cover

- Adding eucalyptus to washing

Anybody has any other ideas?
