Question Is there altrenative medicine for this?

Okay so I know this sounds dumb and you may not want to even help me becuase I have never really trusted alternative medicines but I am hoping someone will be open minded. Does anyone know if there is anything I can take to help stop "shedding" as my bf likes to refer to it. I have a serious problem with hair loss and the only thing I have left is to ask here. My doctor said there was nothing I could do that I would just have to live with it but I can not accept that!! It is really bad I lose so much hair everyday i cry sometimes and think I might have a disease but the doctor reassured me that I dont. The next appoint I have is going to test my testosterone levels and see if they are too high!! Please someone give me an answer!! thank you

Well, I am 65 yrs old and my hair started growing about 4 yrs ago and I was taking 6 capsules a day of 1000mg Flaxseed oil. Today my hair is down to my waist and I get compliments every day.
Also, you probably need some Co-q-10 because lack of oxygen in your blood will cause you to lose hair.
I am not a doctor, nor am I prescribing. This is simply a suggestion.

My hair was falling out and was everywhere in the house, clogging drains, all over the floor, everywhere. Quack told me I was just "aging".
Then I was found to be hypo and started to boost my iodine with Kelp from GNC, within weeks my hair started to change. Now it is full of body, is no longer falling and I am getting compliments. You can turn it around easily.
The Kelp is about $10 a bottle and lasts a long time. At first you may want to take 1 twice a day as I did.
Good luck
Liz
Thanks elizabeth I am way excited to try this!! the quack told me it was stress but if so I have been stressed since I was sixteen!! Anyway I am going to go get some of this first thing tomorrow and hopefully it will help!! I had no idea that iodine could have effect on your body but yeh my skin is dry my hair always flat and dull no matter what I do!! thanks fo rhte suggestion!
