Must be fresh juice made in a juicer such as carrot, beet, spinach, celery, cucumber, radish, turnip, etc. and to these you can add some apple for a sweetner. When fasting it's extremely important to drink large quantities of liquids both water and juice. Vegetable juice should not be stored. Make it and drink it immediately. However, fresh made fruit juice such as orange can be stored up to a day. I would recommend mostly vegetable juices. When I was fasting, I drank about 4 quarts of liquid a day. Because of the sugar withdrawl you will get a headache but it will be bearable. You will have awful indigestion as the poisons and toxins are eliminated from your throat and mouth. When this happens continue to drink water. Your mouth will turn pure white and again strong body odor. Use soap purchased from a health food store that doesn't contain animal fat. Get one that has aloe vera and olive oil. Also purchase a mouthwash from the healthfood store that doesn't contain alcohol.
IMPORTANT: After the fast you must introduce yourself to food very, very slowly and eat very little the first day. Recommend you do a search on FASTING and follow instructions. When fasting there must be very little physical activity. I slept and napped most of the day. At the end of the fast you'll feel better than you ever did in your life and you will rid yourself of unnecessary poisons and toxins which cause illnesses. I have never successfully done a fast at home. I've always gone away where I was not exposed to food and temptation.
