I have been searching the Internet for treading Panic Disorder with SAM-E. However search results was limited but all positive. I just wanted to know if anyone has been taking SAM-E and has they seen any results. I have taking it for two days now but the only side affect I have is being a little jittery in the morning. Plus I am only taking minimum dosage for the first week (200mgs). Thanks

try a half a pill at first that worked for me, but you might want to get that set of tapes on tv. I don't normally buy those things, but I did this one... and it is quite good, plus my therapist recommended it, because I wanted to get away from paxil.
