I haven't used Bach, but I've used other lines of flower essences. I was skeptical at first, and even though I didn't initially notice a difference in myself, I did see a huge difference in how people responded to me - I assume it was due to a more positive energy that I was putting out. I find that it helps to "state my intention" just before taking them, which consists of checking in with myself, acknowedging how I am feeling and how I would like to respond to the essences. Sometimes I think that stating my intent has a lot to do with changes in my energy, but I am a firm believer that the essences have brought about positive changes
