I have COq10, flax MEAL, Omega3 gelcaps, think I'm out of flaxseed oil caps,
but have evening primrose gelcaps (they're years old),
do Not have Lecithin (blood thinner, right?) and never heard of betasitosterols or artichoke extract. Never heard of trimethylglycine either and LOVE sugars and breads.
