I am so confused!!
I have read so many different things about magnesium supplements...
From "ionic" to "Chelated", liquid to tablet, time-released vs not....
Does anyone know the best way to get absorption from a magnesium supplement? I hear spreading it out throughout the day, etc.
Plus, do you HAVE to take Calcium with magnesium or can you just take magnesium? ( I think you should take mag if you are taking calc, but can you take mag without calc?)
