Has anyone used aloe juice for aches/pains of arthritis and also to detoxify the body in general? I've been hearing alot about it lately (besides the old tried and true for skin care) Even Dr. Phil had a spot on his show about it. I would sure appreciate any inout out there. Thanks!
I have tried aloe vera to help cure the pain surrounding my hiatal hernia. I have an aloe detox formula that's working pretty good. I drink 1 oz of it 3 times per day.
I use Aloe Vera Gel Herbal Detoxifying Formula every day. I use it along with other ingredients (lemon juice, liquid milk thistle, liquid garlic & olive oil) as a mild liver flush. The detox formula has 10 herbs. I use 2 to 3 oz daily.
thanks for the replies. i started taking the aloe juice~just once a day to start and make sure i'm ok with it but, then will bump it up. i am on lots of meds for a chronic pain problem and thought the aloes detox effects might help.
Aloe is a great detox for the colon- but remember to drink a lot of water with it and throughout the day- this is very important- drink more then you may normally drink since it helps to move the toxins out of your body. I do a liquid cleanse for one to two weeks yearly out on the desert and aloe is one of the ingredients I use. Most important is to drink, drink, and drink to saturate the internal organs with fluids.
