Vitamin C Flush

I'm doing a vitamin C flush - where I take 1 tsp. (5000 g) of vitamin C powder every hour- to try and get rid of a scratchy throat sinus thing. But I have a question. I know that you do this until you have bowel intolerance. Well, I'm on hour number 3 and no difference in bowel activity. Does this mean that I am REALLY depeleted of vitamin C, whereby, it should work very well? Thanks, Cindy

Re: Vitamin C Flush

Cindy,

I really don't know. I certainly hope it works. As far as bowel tolerance is concerned, please report back in the morning. By then you should definitely know. I'm very curious about this myself.
