| Adrenal Fatigue?
I posted a similar post on the Addison board, but I thought maybe this would be a good place to ask. I read Dr. Wilson's book "Adrenal fatigue" and I feel like he wrote that book for me. I have severe allergies, that started out as mild, but got worse with every move and stressful life-event. I've had lots of bloodwork and other tests, and except for the allergy results, all is normal. I have been on allergy shots for 2 years now, and they have helped tremendously. But now I have this weird situation where I can tell my allergies are better, but I still feel tired and worn out 3/4 of the time. I have been taking the recommended vitamins for 2 weeks now, and I feel somewhat better. I want to try adrenal cell extracts, but I am a little hesitant. Does anyone have any experience with them? Did they help you? Any side effects? TIA
