I'm not sure if I am in the right board, but since I am into alternative medicine and eating healthy, I will start here. I am 48 years old, overweight, premenopausal, but otherwise pretty health except for my asthma (mild) and allergies. I have had these symptoms that have gotten worse over the last few months. It sounds like an immunity problem to me or chronic fatigue. I haven't been to the doctor with this yet and thought I would post here and see if anyone knows what could be wrong.
achiness in joints and muscles
loose stools and having to go very soon after I eat
feeling HORRIBLE if I eat any sugar or too much bread or junk food in
fatigue and achiness goes away if I eat veggies, fruit and protein
sciatic nerve problem which makes sleeping difficult
I have considered a candida problem since I can't tolerate much sugar and bread, but I am able to eat fruit and still feel good. I still have a good appetite. Part of my problem is staying away from foods that bother me. I will start to feel really good after 48 hours or so and then I think "maybe I can have just this or that". I have been on natural progesterone cream for my perimenopausal symptoms and that part has gone away (moodiness). I would appreciate any thoughts on this. Thanks!
