Hello Melanie-I would love to tell you what I do, but it really is a personal thing you have to find out. I take the powder inositol, I hate pills, but you can do either one. Whenever I am feeling super anxious, I put about a teasponn of the power in 8 oz of some kind of fluid, it doesn't matter what kind. Then you drink. Some people need more, some people need less, but you will figure that out along the way. I actually did a research project on this subject and I found out that you can take as much as 18g/day and the wonderful thing is that there aren't any side effects. Good luck.
