Question Lycopene and Saw Palmento

All,
Has anyone taken Lycopene or Saw Palmento for Prostate? I am wondering if these are safe or have any side effects? I am thinking about these because I have experienced so many problems that antibiotics do not seem to help. Also, if you know of any better natural supplements let me know as well.

Thanks,
Littlegeneral

Greetings Mr. Littlegeneral - Saw palmetto is probably the "herb of choice" for you. I have never heard of any ill effects.

If I were having the same problem (or other problems) I would be supplementing with a "suite" of herbs and vitamins as well as keeping a healthy diet. When it comes to supplements, you are either a believer or not (I am a believer).....

ps: seems we all have "our problems"....
