Water

Hi,
I recently started buying bottled AquaFina Water as I don't have a filter on my tap.It says nothing on the bottle about being distilled(which is bad)but is purified. Is this Water the best Water to drink?I'am really becoming aware of what I put in my body.

Re: Water

most bottled waters like Aguafina purify the water with Reverse Osmosis, then add back some minerals for taste. It might even say that on the bottle. I know it says that on the Dasani and arrowhead labels.

Re: Water

Yes I read that on the bottle but is it one of the better bottle waters to drink or is Desani,Evian or another brand better?

Re: Water

I honestly don't think any one is better than the other.

Re: Water

I don't think the more expensive ones are any better than the cheaper ones. I think you're just paying for the name. I might be getting these two mixed up, but I think Dasani is made my Coke and Aquafini is made by Pepsi. There was a TV special on bottled water, and I remember them saying that one of the more expensive ones actually comes from the Detroit River, and they purify it.

By the way, in what way did you mean that distilled water is bad?
