I have the same problem. However, mine is so much worse when I eat certain foods. I think maybe I have problems digesting breads and other carbs. Of course, the ideal way to eat is less breads and less bad carbs but I don't always have the discipline to do that. I also have some symptoms of candida, so that is also a factor. I try to eat a variety of fruits and veggies and very small amounts of bread and starches. No sweets would be ideal, but I also have a sweet tooth. Also exercise and lots of water.
