I know that we can't post sites, but I was wondering what brands of colon and parasite cleanse supplements that you would recommend? I was thinking about using a parasite cleanse made by Mt. Capra.
Has anyone had a colonic done before? Do you think they are worth getting?

I have had colonic irrigation done for five years or so.It is not unpleasant and probably would be a good start for a cleanse.Look in you yellow pages under colon hydrotherapy or colonic irrigation. I started with on a week and now about every other month.They are very cleansing.

I have been using one you can find online. The product a colonix program with a parasite pill called Paranil, and then you use a daily fiber drink and at night you drink the tea. The pills eliminate parasites, the fiber and the tea will help you eliminate very old fecal material in a gentle way without any fasting. I am just finishing up my third month, with very good results.

I think I saw that prodcut before at a site. I think it was pretty expensive if I recall though, about $75 or so for a month's supply?
Could you explain a little more the results you had, if you don't mind me asking?

I swear by Super Cleanse by Nature's Secret, I also used their parasite cleanse(I can't think of the name right now)
I get regular colonics, but my digestive system is so bad...Super Cleanse is the only supplement I've found that helps to regularly empty me out.
