Re: Flax seed oil -- suggestions?
I put 2 tablespoons of freshly ground flaxseed (you can by flaxseed and grind it in a coffee grinder) in my breakfast shake each morning. It adds texture, but by the time I add the berries, the cashew butter, protien powder, etc. I can't even taste the stuff. I also add olive oil or co**** oil (which I like the taste of in the shake) sometimes. So try putting it in a supplement shake or mixing it with something you do like. I eat a lot of things I don't like this way, by burying it with foods I do like.
