A couple of things....
Find the book "The Way of Herbs" or some comparable literature and read them before consuming herbs. It's best to change to a natural wholesome diet, obstaining from tobacco products, alcoholic beverages (in excess), and sugars in processed foods.
Some herbs that are excellent for you to try to see if it would help, would be Marshmallow Root, and Slippery Elm. Damiana and Queen of the Meadow are good too. There are many others that you would have to try and see if they work for you. A little pinch of Ginger to any combination of herbs enhances the effect.
I make my own herbal teas and have been cured of the fibromyalgia symptoms after having my mercury fillings removed. It was decades of experimentation, before I found the combination that helped me best. First, I found good things with changing my diet, then I found herbs, got rid of the mercury poisons in my mouth, and lastly continued with a detox program until now.
I've completely changed my life; something that doctors could not do...because they traditionally don't look at toxins, diet, or know anything about herbs...unless you find a naturopath...or someone different than the group of doctors that I've known, to help you with all of this.
