Hello everyone,
I will be starting a 14 day Cleanse the first of the month using Renew Life's 14 day Cleanse called First Cleanse..it covers all 7 channels of elimination.After those 14 days I will do their 30 day cleanse called Cleanse Smart.Then will do individual Cleanses after finishing the 30 day..Right now I'am drinking Yogi's Detox Tea and drinking lots of water.I've never done a cleanse before so am anxious as I'm not sure what to expect.I'm afraid how it might make me feel and of getting dizzy or something..what should I expect?I'm looking forward to feeling TONS better after doing it!Should I wait a while after doing the First Cleanse before starting the 30 day?These cleanses are in tablet form..

Lotus Blossom--------I'm doing the toxic cleanse. I broke out like crazy with acne. And when I increased my dose on the forth day to 2 pills in the morning I get very naucious within 45 minutes after taking them. It says to eat with the morning pills and I have, but I get so nauecious(sp) and yesterday I puked my guts out. I didnt take them today and felt fine, so I know its the pills. I'm going to take only one tomorrow and see what happens. I also take omega-3s and vit E and liquid coral calcium at the same time. I wonder if that has something to do with it?? How do are doing with your cleanse? It's been about a week for you hasnt it? Any info would be great even if it's bad info. Thanks
